Dunkeswell Eco Business Park (DEBP) provides the ideal environment for new and growing businesses. Located on part of the existing Dunkeswell industrial estate, the Business Park comprises a versatile range of workshop units and office space to suit many kinds of small business enterprises.

The Business Park offers tenants a choice of six workshop units and two office suites as well as a flexible conference space that may be used by tenants or the wider community of the Blackdown Hills.

Designed for local businesses

DEBP is an initiative of the Blackdown Hills Business Association (BHBA). The BHBA works to support and encourage local enterprise within the Blackdown Hills.

Priority is given to tenants applying from within the Blackdown Hills as well as those from the target groups listed below:

: Business start-ups and those which are less than 1 year old
: Businesses which have outgrown existing premises
: Businesses run by under 30’s
: Businesses run by women and women returners
